We offer detailed descriptions of all goods & imagery, making sure the images represent the colours correctly, however, we cannot be held responsible for any difference in colour variations due to different viewing systems by customers. It’s always advisable to order a swatch from the fabric supplier first, to see the actual fabric in the hand.

Please allow the stated making up time, as all items are made to order from our workroom in Nottinghamshire.

As orders are handmade, each one is unique & therefore might differ slightly to our product images. Sizes are approximate only.

We can make bespoke cushions in any Peony & Sage fabric. Please email enquiries to hello@trudesigns.co.uk or use the Bespoke Enquiry tab on the website. Cushion covers can be ordered as part of the bespoke service. There is a minimum order of 2 cushions per colour to meet printing minimums, unless ordering the large bolster.

This website only accepts credit & debit cards via a secure payment system.

For bespoke orders of items not on our website, payment is required on ordering & via BAC’s.

CHARACTERISTICS

OF LINEN

FABRIC

As the majority of our products are made using Linen fabric, please be aware that’s being an entirely natural product, there can be slubs, knots, little marks, possibly the odd printing dot within the fabric, shading variations between batches, designs & even samples. These are not flaws, just part of the fabrics character.

Batch to batch the print colours will remain the same, but as Linen is a natural fibre, its absorbency, weave & base colour can vary from crop to crop. These small changes in the Linen will affect the surface colour. Therefore, we strongly recommend that if you want multiple items in the same fabric, these are all ordered at the same time to avoid any issues.

We recommend Dry Clean Only.

We use the very best quality Linens, which have been beautifully designed & printed in Britain. If you would prefer an alternative Peony & Sage fabric or colour, please get in touch. Please see T & C for bespoke orders.

All fabrics are printed to order only. This way we only order what is required, which cuts down on waste & we do not need to carry stock.

Every insert uses the finest quality duck feather to enhance the feel & plumpness. Handmade from a local manufacturer, who adheres to sustainable down practices. Cushions will require plumping on delivery.
